Marsai Martin’s Silver-Streaked Hair Resembles an IRL Bratz Doll

I absolutely adore the current obsession with Barbie, but I must admit, I’m a die-hard Bratz fan (I’m so dedicated, I even have a tattoo of their logo!). If they ever make another live-action Bratz movie, I’ll be the first person in line, no doubt about it. Right now, I’m satisfying my craving for Brattitude by checking out Marsai Martin. She’s totally rocking the Bratz doll look with her gorgeous silver-streaked hair. On July 29, Martin shared four photos on Instagram, taken by the talented Jacob Webster, showing off her Bratz-inspired appearance. In one of the pictures, she’s wearing a fabulous bubblegum-pink Chanel outfit and striking a pose that would impress Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell. Her long, sleek hair is parted to the side, with a stylish baby hair swooped across one temple. The majority of her black hair falls straight down to her thighs, with hints of silver mixed in. This is a new hair color experiment for the talented actor, as she has tried a few other shades in the past. You can find this content on the original website as well. And I wasn’t the only one who noticed the resemblance to the iconic footless dolls. Several users commented that Marsai would be the perfect fit for Sasha if they ever made another live-action Bratz movie. Marsai’s caption, a simple “draftz” with a pink bow emoji, has also caused fans, including myself, to speculate if a new movie might be in the works. Unfortunately, it’s unlikely to happen anytime soon due to the ongoing writers’ and actors’ strike. But who knows? Maybe there’s still a chance. Regardless, a girl can always dream, right? So, if by chance a new Bratz live-action movie is announced with Marsai and her stunning silver-streaked hair, remember that you heard it here first.
